David has successfully worked as a bi-lingual (Cantonese), licensed Broker in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Originally he got into Real Estate to help the family business, and now, helping others meet their Real Estate goals has become a true passion of David’s.

David has more than 8-years of Real Estate experience. He started out managing shopping centers and gained in-depth knowledge of CAMs, tenant relationships, lease negotiations, leasing, budgeting / forecasting and has been recognized for his ability to implement cost-effective maintenance and upgrade solutions to meet tenant and owner needs while meeting all local and state laws/requirements. David then moved into Investment Real Estate Sales. Within a 2-year period in one of the toughest Real Estate Market periods in the U.S., David brokered the sale of more than $10M dollars worth of Real Estate. With multi-state experience David currently focuses on the Denver Metro market.
